「國際社會影響力-婦女NGO培力座談會」於今日(6/7)圓滿落幕。現場邀請到國際事務委員會董思齊執行長、臺灣尤努斯基金會董事長蔡慧玲、中華民國無任所大使楊黃美幸大使、財團法人中山管理教育基金曾珊慧秘書長擔任與談嘉賓。
“The Influence of Women NGO on international societies” forum had a great ending on Jun.7. We have invited Executive Director of Taichung City Government International Affairs Commission, Sy-Chi, Doong, Board Director of Taiwan Yunus Center, HUI-LING CAI, Ambassador-at-Large, MEIXING YANG HUANG, and Board Director of ZHONG SHAN Foundation, SHAN HUI, CENG to the meeting.
曾秘書長表示，根據《2015中小企業白皮書》統計，全台中小企業女性創業者比例只佔36~37%，比例相當不平均。如何讓小型婦女NGO得到幫助，如「雁行理論」般，讓領頭雁(大型NGO)帶領其雁群，將會是最重要的課題。
Ms. Ceng indicated that according to a research, only 36-37% of business in Taiwan is owned by women. Also, like a “Flying Geese Model”, how to have big NGOs be the leading goose and help promote small NGOs will be another crucial issue.
座談會交流熱烈，處處歡聲笑語；大家互相交流自己NGO的目標與使命，更對未來婦女議題如何進行下階段培力模式討論著..。INGO中心的使命即為國內外NGO組織創造交流平台，相信今天的婦女議題獲得廣大迴響，組織間的交流一點一滴聚集，我們未來仍持續發展議題，讓INGO平台串起大家的能量。
The forum had many exchange of view and laughter; everyone shared his NGO’s goal and mission, and talked about how to train more women NGO staffs from this point forward. The mission of INGO Center is to become a platform where NGOs can interact and cooperate; we believe that through today’s meeting, more interaction between NGOs can be stimulated and thus accumulated.
