副市長林依瑩陪同市長夫人廖婉如女士於7/5(四)蒞臨光復新村INGO中心，參觀園區的進駐團體－社團法人畫話協會，並與理事長羅碧慧女士及其協會成員座談。
　　

▌Taichung City Government’s vice mayor accompanied the mayor’s wife to the INGO center in Guang-Fu Village on Jul.5. They meet up with the managing director of Taiwan Painting Talk Association. 
　　

社團法人畫話協會是一個身心障礙者所營運的NGO，提供開發藝術潛能、培養創作、欣賞與生涯的藝術能力，並建立身障者創作展覽中心。話畫協會特別提到：他們協會所做的並非「藝術治療」，而是「藝術育療」；因為這些孩子需要的是經過這些繪畫刺激引動後帶起的全身心的成長；換句換說，是以「育人」為導向。

▌Taiwan Painting Talk Association is a non-governmental organization ran by the disabled. They offer art lessons and cultivate creativity of the physical-challenged, and have a center to showcase their wonderful painting. Taiwan Painting Talk Association indicated that what they are doing is not art therapy, in stead, it's a more of a "holistic education". 

市長夫人也提到她最近正努力推動的一個計畫，剛好與其呼應：透過街房鄰居(Block)的合作，提供身障或精障的孩子一份簡單工作、讓他們賺取少許薪水，當他們與人群有更多互動與交流，他們將不再是灘死水，而是活力滿滿的活水。

▌The wife do the mayor also said she has been devoted to a project, which responds to the idea of Taiwan Painting Talk Association as well, that offer a job to the disabled, letting them earn some money and have more interaction with the society. The interaction with the society will help them gain a sense of achievement. 

社團法人畫話協會8月即將進駐INGO中心，希望結合藝術培育課程與展示，成為中心的文藝殿堂。

▌Taiwan Painting Talk Association will move into INGO Center this August. With their art class and masterpieces, they certainly will bring a lot of colors to INGO Center.
